What is the processing sequence of CNC lathe? Let's follow Shandong Weihao manufacturer to understand it.
In the process of NC lathe machining, due to the complexity of machining objects, the contour curve and position will change, coupled with the difference of materials and batches, which increases the machining difficulty. Therefore, when making the processing sequence for specific parts, we should first make specific analysis and differential treatment, and deal with it flexibly, so as to ensure the and rationality of the processing sequence. So as to improve production efficiency and harvest high-quality products. When programming, two levels of problems should be fully considered, one is the machining sequence, the other is the parameters, such as speed, feed rate and cutting depth.
Generally, the processing sequence is: drilling first and then flat end. This can prevent shrinkage during drilling; First rough machining, then fine machining; First process the one with large tolerance, and then process the one with small tolerance.
The sequence shall generally follow the following principles:
1. The processing of the previous process shall not affect the positioning and clamping of the next process, and the general machine tool processing process interspersed in the middle shall also be comprehensively considered.
2. First carry out the machining process of inner shape and inner cavity, and then carry out the contour machining process.
3. For multiple processes in the same installation, the process with small damage to the rigidity of the workpiece shall be arranged first.
4. The processes processed with the same positioning, clamping mode or the same knife shall be connected first to reduce the times of repeated positioning, tool change and moving the pressing plate.
5. For parts with both inner surface (inner cavity) and outer surface to be machined, when arranging the machining sequence, the inner and outer surfaces shall be roughened first, and then the inner and outer surfaces shall be finished.
