Different materials need different coolant or diesel oil (for example, copper parts of automatic lathe are generally cooled by diesel oil), and the water tank is a device that can contain coolant. It is generally located at the base of the machine tool, and a water pump, water pipe, iron box, etc. form a circulating cooling system to cool the workpiece and cutting tools while processing. It is applicable where various liquids with low viscosity, such as water, emulsion, kerosene, light diesel oil, etc. are used as coolant.

How to prevent cutter breakage of NC milling machine?

(1) CNC milling machine table must be milled flat;

(2) Before carving, vacuum adsorption must fix the plate firmly. If there is no vacuum adsorption, pay more attention and fix the plate horizontally and firmly;

(3) CNC milling machine tools must be aligned and perpendicular to the spindle;

(4) Before running the CNC milling machine, be sure to check whether the spindle is firm and free from any looseness;

(5) The carving speed is also the reason for breaking the knife. The speed is slow, the temperature rise is high, and the knife is simply broken; Fast speed, high resistance and simple knife breaking. Therefore, when cutting, we must control the carving speed according to the thickness and material of the plate.
