The oil of full-automatic CNC lathe should be changed once a month in the early stage, once a year in the next three months, and must be changed three times in the first three months. When the oil of the fully active NC lathe is changed, the impurities in the track of the NC Lathe will be reduced. It will flow into the oil groove along the new oil. It will not stay in the track and scratch the track.

The daily protection and maintenance of full-automatic CNC lathe are as follows:

1. Check the lubricating oil level to ensure the lubrication of the machine tool.

2. Check whether the coolant in the coolant tank is sufficient. If not, increase it in time.

3. Check the oil level of pneumatic triplet, which is about 2 / 3 of the height of the whole oil pipe. The water and gas in the pneumatic triplet filter tank shall be discharged by the drainage switch every day.

4. Check whether the air blowing of the taper hole in the spindle of the NC lathe is normal, scrub the taper hole in the spindle with a clean cotton cloth and spray with light oil.
