　　1. Daily inspection: the main items

　　include hydraulic system, rail moistening system, spindle smooth system, cooling system and air pressure system. Daily inspection

　　is based on the normal situation of the system to be detected, for example, when the process of the spindle smooth system is

　　detected, the power lamp is on, the hydraulic pump should work normally, if the power lamp is not on, it should adhere to the

　　spindle rest, communicate with the mechanic, repair.

　　2, weekly inspection: the main project includes machine tool parts, spindle

　　smooth system, should be checked every week, especially for machine tool parts to eliminate iron filings, external debris

　　cleaning.

　　3, monthly inspection: mainly to check the power supply and air dryer. The rated voltage of the power supply is 180V ~

　　220V under normal circumstances, and the frequency is 50Hz. If there is any abnormality, it should be measured and adjusted. Air

　　dryers should be removed once a month and then cleaned and assembled. The variable speed transmission box and valve shaft seal

　　can not be connected into a leakless whole, otherwise there should be a firm leakage prevention method. There is no sundries in

　　the box, and the gear biting part should be protected by smooth grease. The opening and closing direction of the actuator valve

　　should be clockwise closed.
