    The reliability of CNC vertical lathe includes two meanings, on the one hand, the user requires the selected machine tool to have as few faults as possible within its service life, on the other hand, users require the continuous operation of the machine tool to be stable and reliable.

    The requirement of continuous operation stability of machine tool is more prominent, for CNC vertical lathes used for machining large and complex parts, especially machining or flexible machining units, some parts are clamped at one time and processed continuously for up to 40H.
