The structural characteristics of vertical CNC lathe can be analyzed from its structural design and work detection to its case use. The details are as follows:


The first is its main moving part: the wide adjustable magnetic DC motor powered by thyristor drives the workbench to rotate through a two speed planetary gearbox. The worktable adopts high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing for centering in the radial direction, preloaded constant current static pressure guide rail in the axial direction, and is equipped with temperature control and temperature protection devices. The appropriate flow can be selected according to the load and temperature. When the mobile single column CNC vertical lathe suddenly loses power, the accumulator is considered as static pressure power-off protection in the design. The static pressure pump station is equipped with two accumulators, which can still supply oil to the static pressure guide rail for 15 seconds after a sudden power failure, so as not to damage the guide rail.


The cross beam body is assembled from the front and rear parts, and the joint surfaces are connected with bolts. The beam moves up and down along the column guide rail, and a special static pressure unloading lead screw nut is adopted. The tooth shape is serrated. The hydraulic pressure is adjusted to unload 60 ~ 70% of the total load, and the self-locking characteristics of the sliding lead screw nut are still maintained. The lifting of the beam is driven by the AC motor installed on the top surface of the column. The action sequence is as follows: press the lifting button of the beam → lubricate and supply oil to the guide rail surface → supply oil to the static pressure unloading lead screw nut → loosen the clamping of the beam → the beam will automatically rise (fall) to the specified position and loosen the button → the beam will automatically clamp on the column. When the lowering of the beam ends, it will automatically rise by 10 ~ 20mm, To ensure that the lead screw is in the same stress state when rising.

Secondly, the main moving parts such as the worktable, base and main gearbox of the single column CNC vertical lathe are not connected with the feed moving parts such as the bed, column, beam and tool holder. The accuracy between them can be adjusted independently and do not interfere with each other, and the main components such as the worktable, base, bed, column, beam and tool holder can be designed into several modules respectively, In order to assemble modules of different specifications to meet the needs of user selection.


The workbench is equipped with claws for radial and axial adjustment. A special workpiece support seat is used for clamping workpieces larger than the diameter of the worktable. The support seat can ensure that the weight of the workpiece is borne by the static pressure guide rail of the worktable. The support seat is equipped with a sector plate to connect the whole support seat into a whole, which is convenient for operation and workpiece clamping.


Also described is the feed movement part of the mobile CNC vertical lathe: the movement of the slide and ram adopts preloaded constant current static pressure guide rails, which are respectively driven by AC servo motors and preloaded ball screw pairs.


Electrical follow-up part: the measuring device equipped with grating ruler is on the auxiliary sliding seat. The feedback signal of the grating is transmitted to the high-speed data processing system to drive the high-speed tracking servo motor and drive the follow-up tool holder to move through the ball screw.


The vertical CNC lathe has two coordinate axes X and Z and an electrical follow-up axis (W axis). The X and Z axes can be linked, and the w axis has the function of high-speed real-time tracking. The machine tool adopts Siemens FM-NC numerical control system and indromat high-speed real-time tracking system.
