1. Questions needing attention in the application of vertical CNC lathe

In order to improve the service life of CNC equipment, the application environment of CNC equipment usually needs to avoid direct sunlight and other thermal radiation, and avoid places that are too wet and dusty. Corrosive gas is easy to cause corrosion and deterioration of electronic components, resulting in poor contact or short circuit between components, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Numerical control equipment shall be far away from equipment with large oscillation, such as punch, forging equipment, etc.

2. Power demand

In order to avoid the influence of large shaking range of power supply (greater than ± 10%) and instant disturbing signal, CNC equipment usually adopts special line power supply (such as separate power supply for CNC lathe from low-voltage distribution room) or increases voltage stabilizing equipment, which can weaken the influence of power supply quality and electrical interference.

3. Operating procedures

Operating procedures are one of the important measures to ensure the operation of CNC machine tools. Operators must operate according to the operating procedures. When the lathe breaks down, the operator shall pay attention to the preservation of the site, and explain the situation before and after the fault to the maintenance personnel, so as to analyze and diagnose the cause of the fault and eliminate it in time. In addition, the vertical CNC lathe should not be sealed for a long time. The procurement of CNC lathe should be fully utilized in the future, especially in the first year of operation, so that the weak links with simple faults can be exposed as soon as possible and can be removed within the warranty period. When there is no processing mission, the CNC lathe should also be powered on regularly. It is better to power on 1-2 times a week and idle for about 1 hour each time, so as to use the heating capacity of the lathe itself to reduce the humidity in the machine, so that the electronic components will not be affected by moisture, and whether there is a battery alarm can be found in time, so as to avoid the loss of system software and parameters.
