What are the precautions for the operation of CNC vertical lathe？

1) All operators shall pass professional training and inspection, and take up their posts with certificates after inspection before they can operate the machine.

2) Before operating the machine, the operator shall be familiar with and understand the structure and function of the machine.

3) Before using the machine, smooth operation shall be carried out, and some parts shall be cleaned, and the oil circuit shall be unblocked.

4) The CNC vertical lathe shall check all parts, and then let the machine idle for about 10 minutes to check whether there is any abnormality. If there is no problem, you can start your homework.

5) In case of any abnormality during the operation of the machine, stop the machine for inspection.

6) The clamping of cutting tools shall be correct and fastened without looseness. It is forbidden to cut with cutting tools to avoid damaging the tools.

7) The balance tension spring device on the tool holder can operate normally, and the tension spring cannot be adjusted without authorization to avoid problems.

8) When the worktable is running, its speed and running direction shall not be changed, and reverse braking is not allowed. If you want to run at high speed, you should add a protective cover.

9) During the operation of CNC vertical lathe, the operator shall not leave without authorization. If you need to leave, you should park and turn off the power switch before leaving.

10) After the completion of NC vertical turning, the equipment and site shall be cleaned, the operating handle of the machine shall be placed in neutral, the power supply shall be cut off, and the machine shall be subject to daily smooth maintenance.

11) No articles are allowed to be stored in the protective door and electrical cabinet.

12) . without the permission of the competent equipment department, it is not allowed to increase or decrease the parts of the machine tool or disassemble the key parts of the machine tool.

16) Check that the tools, cards and measuring tools to be used shall be complete and free of defects, the blank parts to be processed shall meet the process requirements, and the part drawings and relevant technical documents to be processed shall be useful.
