1. Environmental requirements
The position of the machine tool shall be far away from the vibration source, avoid the influence of direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid the influence of humidity and air flow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti vibration ditch shall be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool, cause poor contact and failure of electronic components, and affect the reliability of the machine tool.
2. Power requirements
Generally, the CNC lathe is installed in the machining workshop, the ambient temperature changes greatly, the service conditions are poor, and there are many kinds of electromechanical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the position where the CNC lathe is installed requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The power supply voltage fluctuation shall be within the allowable range and remain stable, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the NC system.
3. Temperature conditions
The ambient temperature of CNC lathe is lower than 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there is an exhaust fan or cooling fan inside the NC electric control box to keep the working temperature of electronic components, especially the core processor, constant or the temperature difference changes very little. Excessive temperature and humidity will reduce the service life of control system components and increase faults. With the increase of temperature and humidity, more dust will bond the integrated circuit board and lead to short circuit.
4. Standardized use of machine tools
When using the machine tool, the user shall not arbitrarily change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each component of the machine tool. Only the value of gap compensation parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
