How to do the daily maintenance of CNC milling machine?

CNC milling machine is a kind of high-precision, high-speed and high-yield processing equipment. When the workpiece only needs to be clamped once or a small number of times, it can centrally complete most of the processing contents including drilling, milling, boring, reaming, tapping and other processes by changing different processing tools. It is a processing machine integrating automatic processing and compound centralized processing. As a new type of processing equipment, it is particularly important to maintain its processing accuracy and service life, which requires us to maintain the CNC milling machine in daily use. 1、 Clean

1. Wipe all dead corners.

2. Wipe each sliding surface and guide rail surface, wipe the workbench and transverse, lifting screw rod, wipe the tool transmission mechanism and tool holder;

3. Disassemble and clean the oil wool felt pad of each part;

2、 Lubrication

1. Check the transmission mechanism oil tank body and oil level, and add oil to the elevation position.

2. Fill lubricating oil on each guide rail surface, sliding surface and each screw rod;

3. Each oil hole shall be clean and unblocked and filled with lubricating oil;

3、 Anticorrosion

（1）Remove the rust of each part and protect the painted surface from collision;

（2）The guide rail surface of inactive and standby equipment, sliding screw, handwheel and other exposed parts prone to rust shall be coated with oil for corrosion prevention.

4、 Adjust

1. Check and adjust the tightness of belt, pressing plate and insert strip;

2. Check and adjust the closing order of sliding block and screw rod.

5、 Tighten

1. Check and tighten the loose screws in other parts.

2. Check and tighten the fixing screws of the sliding block, the tool transmission mechanism, the hand wheel, the screws of the workbench support and the fork jacking screw;

3. Check and tighten the pressing plate and insert screw
