How to release the limit alarm of NC lathe?

CNC lathe and turning center are high-precision and high-speed automatic machine tools. Equipped with multi station turret or power turret, the machine tool has a wide range of processing performance. It can process linear cylinder, oblique cylinder, circular arc, various threads, grooves, worms and other complex workpieces. It has various compensation functions of linear interpolation and circular arc interpolation, and has played a good economic effect in the batch production of complex parts.

This process from part drawing analysis to making control medium is called NC programming. The difference between NC machine tools and ordinary machine tools is that NC machine tools automatically process parts according to programs, while ordinary machine tools need to be operated manually. As long as we change the program controlling the action of machine tools, we can achieve the purpose of processing different parts. Therefore, CNC machine tools are especially suitable for processing parts with small batch, complex shape and high precision.

To remove the limit alarm of NC lathe, first confirm whether it is hard limit alarm or soft limit alarm:

Soft limit alarm: press and hold the cancel limit on the panel and then reset. After the alarm is released, shake it by hand wheel. If there is no cancel limit button, you need to change the limit value in the parameter;

Hard limit alarm: that is, the limit switch on the guide rail senses it, and the method to cancel the limit key is the same as above. If not, it is necessary to disassemble the protective plate, move the hard limit switch position, move the carriage back, and then install the upper limit switch.
