The vertical machining center adopts the vertical frame structure layout. Its form is that the column is fixed on the bed, the spindle box moves up and down along the column (z direction), the sliding seat moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the worktable moves laterally along the sliding seat (x direction).
The core components such as bed, worktable, sliding seat, column and spindle box are made of high-strength cast iron and cast by rigorous resin sand process. The casting stress is basically eliminated through twice aging treatment. The core large parts are optimized by Pro / E and ANSYS, which enhances the stiffness and stability of the whole machine and effectively avoids the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by long time or heavy cutting force.
The guide rail of this type of vertical machining center adopts the original heavy-duty roller rail from Taiwan, and its layout form is: 4 roller rails for Y / Z axis and 55 wide roller rails for X axis.
