Introduction to spindle of CNC gantry milling machine:

1. The spindle adopts imported high-performance spindle with good rigidity, high precision and low noise.

2. The main shaft is made of nickel chromium molybdenum alloy steel and has high rigidity after heat treatment.

3. The main shaft bearing adopts the combined structure of preloaded high-precision oblique angle ball main shaft bearing, with large support span, which ensures the rotation accuracy and rigidity of the main shaft under high-speed operation.

4. Automatic hydraulic disc spring loose clamping mechanism is installed in the spindle drilling cylinder, and the gas-liquid conversion pressurization cylinder is adopted, which is convenient to realize M code control and manual loose clamping. The tool clamping force is large, and the use of loose clamping tool is reliable.

5. The spindle motor is enlarged and equipped with high-power servo motor, which is more suitable for re cutting.
