CNC lathe CK6132

The coordinate system of NC lathe CK6132 adopts the right-hand Cartesian rectangular coordinate system, and its basic coordinate axes are x, y and Z rectangular coordinates. As shown in the figure below, the directions of the three rectangular coordinate axes of X, y and Z are specified, and each coordinate axis of this coordinate system is parallel to the main guide rail of the machine tool. According to the right-hand spiral rule, we can determine the directions of the three rotation coordinates a, B and C. 

1. The machine tool has high precision. The spindle is supported by Harbin Bearing high-density double ball bearing, with low noise, high precision and good stability.

2. It can turn various rotating surfaces, such as cylindrical surface, conical surface, special surface, etc., and can carry out grooving, threading, boring and reaming, with high efficiency and strong applicability.

3. The bed guide rail is finely ground after ultra audio frequency quenching, with high hardness and good rigidity.

4. The ball screw adopts integral internal circulation screw, which is supported and pre tightened by paired angular contact ball bearings. The guide rail and screw rod adopt centralized automatic lubrication, which has the characteristics of flexible movement, reducing thermal deformation and stable precision.
