Analysis of Power Supply Failure of NC Vertical Lathe

Recent feedback--different degree of power failure of CNC vertical lathe affects normal work,according to the use performance of CNC vertical lathe and the frequency and difficulty of faults caused by its power supply,the power supply of CNC vertical lathe is divided into three levels，From the first level to the three level,Is a derived relationship.The specific classification is as follows:

(1) primary source. The primary power supply is a three-phase 380v power supply supplied by the workshop power grid,It is the total energy supply for CNC vertical lathe.

(2) secondary electric power supply. Derived from the primary power supply by a three-phase power supply through a transformer.Its main uses are：

1）Low voltage derived from some CNC vertical lathes is used as the power supply of rectifier bridge block. some CNC machine tools produce three-phase AC 220v by three-phase transformer.

2）Derived single-phase AC220V、phase1l0V，power supply to cnc unit and display unit，as the power supply of heat exchanger, machine tool control circuit and switching power supply.

3）Tertiary power supply. Tertiary power supply is a variety of DC power supply used by CNC vertical lathe,which is converted from a secondary power supply.

It can be seen that the three types of power failures of CNC vertical lathe are serious step by step,no matter what kind of failure, it will affect the normal operation of the lathe. Therefore, it is necessary to check and maintain regularly, which is a problem for operators.
